  • Minimum of two years of experience in heavy bookkeeping environment (understand debits and credits, bank reconciliations, etc.)
  • Ability to work proficiently in QuickBooks (QuickBooks Pro-Advisor is a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Ten Key
  • Ability to lead, prioritize, thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Superior client service with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi-task)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Month-end/Quarter-end/Year-end closing
  • Post and reconcile the General Ledger
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed asset listings and record depreciation expense
  • Prepare payroll, remit payroll taxes, and prepare quarterly payroll tax filings
  • Prepare property tax returns
  • Prepare form 1096 and 1099’s
