Briana Kuntz, SHRM-CP

Briana Kuntz, SHRM-CP, serves as Human Resources Coordinator at Atherton & Associates, where she supports firmwide operations through people-focused processes, employee support, and organizational efficiency. Working closely with leadership and teams across all departments, Briana helps ensure employees have the tools, guidance, and resources needed to deliver exceptional client service.

Her responsibilities include onboarding and new hire integration, HR process administration, recruiting support, performance management, and HRIS administration through Paylocity. Briana also supports employment law administration, with a particular focus on California labor law compliance, helping the firm maintain effective and compliant people practices as the organization continues to grow.

Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and strong follow-through, Briana brings a people-first mindset to every aspect of her role. She works collaboratively with firm leadership and internal teams to support employee development, engagement, and operational consistency across the organization.

Outside of work, Briana enjoys building Legos, gaming, exercising, and exploring new coffee shops.
