Jennifer Carbaugh serves as Vice President of People Operations at Atherton & Associates, where she leads the firm’s people strategy with a strong focus on culture, operational excellence, leadership development, and sustainable growth. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources and advisory environments, Jennifer partners closely with firm leadership to build an organization where high performance and genuine human connection can coexist — creating an environment where employees are challenged, supported, and equipped to build meaningful careers and fulfilling lives.
Jennifer’s expertise spans strategic planning, human resources, and organizational operations, including compensation strategy, compliance, benefits administration, talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership and executive coaching, and workforce development. Her work extends well beyond traditional HR functions, supporting firmwide initiatives that improve communication, operational efficiency, training, accountability, and the overall employee and client experience.
