Lupe Penaloza

Lupe Penaloza is a Receptionist at Atherton & Associates, where she supports clients and internal teams through responsive communication, scheduling coordination, and day-to-day office operations. As one of the first points of contact for the firm, Lupe helps create a welcoming and organized experience for clients while ensuring internal workflows continue moving efficiently across departments.

Working closely with Atherton’s Tax, Assurance, CAS, Consulting, and administrative teams, Lupe assists with client scheduling, document management, office coordination, and workflow support. Her detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach helps keep operations running smoothly while supporting both client service and internal collaboration firmwide.

Lupe’s responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing document workflows, assisting with client communications, and supporting daily office operations. Though early in her public accounting career, she has quickly become a dependable resource for firmwide support and operational coordination. Her ability to stay organized and adaptable allows her to effectively assist both clients and colleagues in a fast-paced professional environment.

Outside of work, Lupe enjoys traveling, solving sudoku puzzles, and spending time with family.
